"1818 represents the street I lived on. Many milestone happened here that made me and shaped me. Everyday I would walk from my house to the train station and I would imagine I was in Paris. Feeling the cobblestones underneath my feet, I saw myself walking into my new home, my destiny. Villa is what they call homes that have everything you can every want or dream of. Villa represented me achieving every single dream and desire I have in my heart. This was my dream to create my future while being grounded in what my past taught me. I wanted to create a brand that would combine the hard lessons my street taught me with the dreams that God gave me. I created a brand that inspires people to chase their dream. I've always felt like an underdog and I wanted to create something that gave anyone whoever felt like that a chance to win. Nothing can stop us, as long as we believe, "We Thee Ish"

Villa 1818 represents the past and the future. The streets of the bronx integrated with her love of music and luxury. Growing up with music as her language of choice. For every lesson had a song attached to it. She created a brand that represented timeless style and the edginess of the streets. Mixing textiles and colors, she uses her designs to build confidence in those who wear it. There after they begin to walk to the sound of their own beat. Not a rebel but an innovator writing their story.
