Will You Restock Drop/Limited Edition Collections?


Drop & Limited Edition Collections will not be restocked, this is to keep exclusivity. We want to give you the feeling of having something special. Most pieces will not return however, variations, new styles and colors may be available in the future. You can sign up for our email blast to get first dibs when the next collection is released. 



What is One of One?


One of One is a custom design that has been either handmade or redesigned by our head designer, that comes in only one size and one style. Bringing exclusivity to the max. 



My discount code didn’t work, what do I do? 


Unfortunately we would not be able to do any price adjustments once order has been made. 



How does your sizing work?


Product sizing will be available in the description box. If you prefer an oversized look for styles that are more fitted, select the next size up. Be sure to read sizing carefully before making a purchase. You can also see our sizing chart here. 



I ordered the wrong size, what can I do?


Unfortunately if you order the wrong size or item we would not be able to amend it. You may return an item within the allocated 14 day return policy period.   



Am I able to make a return and get my money back if I no longer want an item?


You can return your items within 14 days of your purchase. We can not  accept any returns outside of the 14 days. Returns must be unworn, undamaged in any way. Tags and labels must still be attached to the product. You request a return form by emailing info.[email protected] to start the return process. Cost of return shipping is covered by You, the buyer. When will I receive my refund? 


Processing takes about 5-10 business days upon receiving items back into our warehouse. Delays may occur if this is around the Holidays.



Can I exchange an item? 


As of now we do not accept exchange because we are not able to hold on to your exchange items. Due to high demand and selling out speed. Ex: If an item is sold out within minutes and you change your mind and need another color or size, unfortunately we would not be able to switch because all items are now spoken for by other customers. 



Oh no, my shipping address is wrong, what do I do? 


  Email [email protected] with the correct address as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped and you receive your tracking number you will no longer be able to change address. If you miss this window, we ask that you contact your local USPS and follow their procedure steps to receive your order.



When will my order be shipped?


Please visit the payment and delivery page to find all information on options available to your country. Processing and shipping times around busier periods of the year such as Release Days and Christmas can take a little longer so please bare this in mind.
