RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
To make a return you must send a request to [email protected] subject line return with your order number. Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be returned within 14 days upon request approval of return. Items MUST BE shipped back in original packaging with all hang tags/swing tags/zip ties attached. Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed and original packaging has been discarded.
In any cases where the item has visibility of any kind that it has been worn (ranging from marks, makeup stains, detergent fabric scents, odors, perfume, etc) or damaged, VILLA1818 reserves the right to deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair and restock of item(s).
ALL COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE COVERED BY YOU, THE CUSTOMER.
Please ensure to include the original invoice from your order with the return item(s). If it has been lost or damaged, email [email protected] with your order number to request a copy.
ALL ITEMS THAT ARE ONE OF ONE AND LIMITED EDITION ARE FINAL SALE.
ALL ITEMS ON SALE OR FINAL SALE ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON RETURNABLE.
We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights to VILLA 1818. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered.
Please ensure that item(s) are returned to us via a tracker and signed for service so that you the customer and we as the receiver can track the return progress. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of you, the customer.
International Customers: For customs declaration if you are returning from outside of the US, clearly mark the package as a return. If the items are not marked as return and Villa 1818 is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will be processed between 5-10 business days of arrival back into our warehouse. This time can vary across periods which are busier than others, this includes holidays, sale periods or US Bank Holidays.
Late Returns
All items returned after the 14 day window will not be accepted for a refund or exchange and will be returned back to you.
Orders must be shipped back IMMEDIATELY once you receive confirmation that the return request has been approved. Orders that are shipped back after a substantial amount of time will not be accepted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of returning items, please check with your bank. If there is still a delay contact us at info[email protected] so that we can investigate the matter.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept any exchanges. If you wish to change the size of an item, you must return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the size you do want. We are unable to make exchanges at this time due to the inability of holding your requested exchange item(s).
Please follow return policy instructions above. You will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to us. All items must fall in line with the return policy stated. Any item(s) received that fail to comply with the above, will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS
REMINDER all sale items are final. No refunds/exchanges/store credit can be made for these item(s). If a sale item(s) is returned to us for a refund, the item(s) will not be processed and you will be responsible for any and all shipping cost for the return back to you.
All sale deals and holiday discount codes including (Annual Sale, Sample Sale, Christmas, Black Friday) are deemed as sale items and are non refundable under the sale policy.
INTERNATIONAL UNPAID TAXES RETURNS
If an item(s) is sent back to us due to unpaid taxes in the country of delivery, shipping charges and return fees of 15% will be deducted from the refund.
BACK ORDERS/PRE ORDERS
Back orders are opened for selective popular products chosen by Villa 1818. Future orders for these items can not be placed once back orders have been closed.
Items on backorder, generally take approx 4 weeks to ship. Once orders have been placed, items/sizes can not be changed or cancelled. Items on backorder are also non refundable as these items have been specifically made to order.
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards purchased are non refundable and will be emailed once the gift card has been purchased.
